  • Migration and Migrants is designed to investigate the different groups of peolple that came into the Caribbean after the abolition of slavery. It also seeks to determine their contributions to the development of the Caribbean society and its present racial composition.
  • This course focuse on the Europeans in the Caribbean and their contributions to the development of the region, politically, economically and socially. It is also designed to examine the factors that brought the Europeans into the region and the positive and negative impact of such a move.
  • This course is designed to probe the factors leading to the development of slavery in the Caribbean and the conditions that existed in the slavery economy. This course will also examine the means by which slaves resisted slavery and fought for their emancipation.
